The Montana Logging Association offers through its agency MLA Services Inc. a wide variety of individual, group and Medicare Supplement health insurance plans. Whether you are looking for individual coverage or are an employer seeking coverage for your employees either as a large group (over 50 employees) or small (2-50 employees) we offer a wide range of solutions that meet your needs.
GROUP COVERAGE
Employers looking to cover employees under one plan can apply for a Group Health Policy anytime during the year. Groups must be a minimum of 2 employees, work the required hours set by the employer and the employer must contribute at a minimum of 50% of the employees’ monthly premium.
INDIVIDUAL COVERAGE
We are a Federal Facilitated Marketplace Certified and can assist you with a health plan either through the Marketplace or direct with the carrier.
